MEDITATION FOR FEMALE EXPATS IN COPENHAGEN 💖
Living in a foreign country is exciting but can also feel overwhelming and lonely. This 45 minute guided meditation is an invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect — with yourself and others who deeply understand the expat journey — in a calm setting in central Copenhagen 🇩🇰
In a warm and supportive non-performance space, we’ll explore gentle practices to find stillness in the midst of change and a sense of community.
Through guided meditation, you’ll be encouraged to release tension, cultivate inner peace, and feel more grounded in the heart of the capital. You are more than welcome to join once or make it a part of your weekly routine. We hope that you’ll join the community of strong expat women at QuietSpace.
The session will be hosted at QuietSpace by Maria, who's been practicing for the past decade, so you’ll be in safe hands throughout the session and she’ll guide and support you.
There is a limited number of spots available for this event. A maximum of 15-20 participants — book quickly to secure your spot 🗓️
When and where?
The meditation runs every Thursday afternoon at QuietSpace’s tatami room at the top floor to the right of Matrikel1 in the city center. Elevator is available and the room is straight ahead when you exit.
What is QuietSpace?
QuietSpace was founded in 2017 with the vision of bringing meditation and Japanese inspired tatami rooms – which are commonly used for contemplative practices, such as mediation – into the hearts of organisations to support employee wellbeing and self care practices at work.
